| The ceremony surrounding Festival Night with the Order of Towman and March of the Heroes has a mystique about it that some towers have likened to religious rites of passage and a royal feast. The mystique is real, rooted in the bravery and dedication of America’s greatest service professionals. The American Towman Medal is awarded to towers who have risked their lives in their endeavor to save the lives of others. These amazing tales are presented during Festival Night. The Order of Towman is pinned to the chest of towers who have been commended by Police Chiefs for their dedication to the communities they serve. The tradition of the Oath, the Sword, and the Salute will touch every tower who attends Festival Night. |
