Transportation Information Systems (TIS) Is Reliable

I went to AT Expo in Baltimore two years ago, specifically to find a GPS system. I found what I liked at TIS. Two weeks later, they showed up at our garage and gave me a demo model. We tested it and I ordered five units. It’s extremely reliable. We’ve had situations where we have been able to see wrong turns and direct the drivers. We’ve effectively had no problems. At the end of the day it’s done exactly what we want it to do.

Trail King Exceeded My Expectations

We have the Trail King Advantage series sliding axle trailers. We have two 2003’s and one 2007. The Trail King trailers do the job we need them to do. They’ve met and exceeded my expectations in all regards. Undercarriage problems we had with other trailers in the past were addressed by the Trail King design. These trailers do anything you ask them to do.

Triple K’s Fifth Wheel Pays For Itself

Triple K’s Fifth Wheel unit works extremely well, even better than I thought it would. We haven’t found anything we can’t pick up with it. I installed it in October and it’s almost paid for itself. It’s good for a single trailer or both of them together. In addition, we bought an air bag device, which is said to be the same as adding 53 inches of wheel base. This little device really made a big difference also.

WreckMaster Is Second To None

I became a WreckMaster operator under their certification in 1997. I sent my employees in ’95 and in 1997 I decided I better go myself because they were getting smarter than I was. Then I started using their equipment and their products because of the high quality of both. It’s been helpful in every case.

Training is not expensive. Training is actually priceless.

On the equipment side, it’s like the difference between buying a Hyundai and buying a Mercedes. The WM product and the way they stand behind it are second to none.

The People At Zip’s Are Very Accommodating

The people at Zip’s are awesome. Last week we had one of our trucks break. We called our salesman on Sunday evening. We brought it up first thing Monday morning, they fixed it and had it back by early afternoon. A lot of times with parts, they FedEx to us on the same day. We’ve bought tow trucks, car carriers, parts, and accessories from them. They’re great. Everybody you talk to on the phone is very pleasant, very accommodating.

TowMate Lights Are Dependable

I started out buying TowMate’s remote cordless tow lights. And we bought the small lights for automobiles, then they moved into the large light bars for tractor-trailers, which we haul, and his products have been great. We don’t have to run wires for over 40 feet. They’ve been very dependable. I can’t begin to tell you enough about the TowMate products. They’ve been around and they continue to improve on them.
